I have a feeling you pulled the top sprocket off and let the chain fall down a bit.
You now have to remove the sway bar, oil pump, and then the front cover. You will have to re-set the tensioner back in place (maybe buy a new one so its fresh) and then put your timing chain set together.
Also tighten your leather belt.
