Fuel Rail
He Where Can I Get A Fuel Rail Like Wildmans?? Or Do You Guys Have One For Sale? I Tried An 37.5 Deg Flaring Mine The Other Day And It Just Cracks, But Only The Output Line, All The Others Just Flared Fine.

The one I'm making is going to be for the barbed type. Eventually I plan to do an O-ring rail when I upgrade injectors. But for now I'm just keeping it inexpensive and running the stock injectors. For my rail I'm putting the return line at the front of the rail. I'm going to reroute the fuel feedline to run up the firewall and into the rail from the rear and the put a fitting on the front end of the rail and run the return line back parrallel with the rail. That way I dont have the lines running out in front of the engine and it will clean up the engine bay a little more. But if you like mine I can make it however you want it. I just didn't feel like paying that much for something I can make at home. Getting all the fitting is going to be fun since I cant leave the house I'll just have to order everything online.

If You Could Make Me One Jay, Barbed Type Please, Id Rather Buy One From You Than Some Company. I Use -6 An Fittings So If It Could Be Compatable Would Be Great. Or Npt Fittings Too. Im Going To Stick With The Stock Routing Like In Those Pics I Sent You.

i am using the stock ecu, and my afm was opened a bit to accept them. They came off a ford svo, but i got them off a friend.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PALLNET! He is a really great guy, i made a mistake on the fuel rail that i ordered and he was more than wiling to help me fix the problem. He also re-ringed and re-tiped my injectors and tested them to make sure that they were working properly. His work is really good and i feel much better with his rail then with juan's (jsk).

I got Pallnet's rail too, but have yet to install it. Hey Darrell, when you routed the fuel return line from the back of the rail, was there enough clearance to bend the hose without kinking it? I was considering whether or not to get an angled fitting for the rear of the rail if it did.

Not to jack this thread but since we're on the topic of clearance: Did the turbo motors use different motor mounts? I'm not talking about the rubber part but the actualy part that mounts to the engine block. My turbo motor has very minimal clearance with the firewall (squeezing a fuel line back there would be VERY difficult)where as my NA motor had plenty of clearance. The turbo motor is now fully bolted in so it's where it's supposed to be. Just curious if anyone knows the answer. The body side mount and the insulator are still the NA pieces.

Thats what I thought. I've never seen two different mounts for those engines before, but the fact that my engine is sitting so much further back had got me wondering. Maybe it's just a freak of nature

Well see the only things I unbolted were the tranny mount and the 2 12mm bolts on each engine mount. I didn't unbolt the mounts from block or the chassis. I just seperated them at that point. Everything is bolted back in. Even the trans. I cant even squeeze my hand back between the valve cover and firewall.

Tomorrow I'll go check it out and see if maybe somethings not lined up underneath the car. Maybe the crossmember is loosened or something. I dont know but it sure made a PITA to get the engine back on the mounts.
