Remove the master cylinder from the booster if you want. You don't really need to but I do for clearance. If you're engine isn't in the car then don't sweat it. But anyways, you should be able to locate the two nuts securin the brake master cylinder under the dash near where the top of the brake pedal is. You'll also need to disconnect the brake pedal from the booster as well. Thats it.

Use the car in front of you to slow down... it's amazing how much longer your pads will last. It's a little hard on the front bumper, so you may want to install one of those patrol car type ramming gates on the front.

Sometimes when I'm on the freeway, I get the urge to just crank the steering wheel and see what happens... Is that wierd?

I thought I was one of the few that has thought that way!

NO I really don't want to try to imagine! And yes here would come the pain, and if you survived, can we say $ signs up to yin yang! And as long as you don't have a 350z. It's cool with me, sorry if I offended any new 350z owners. Just stating my opinion.

I had a psycho girlfriend once reach over and grab the steering wheel and yank it while going down the freeway at about 75... "just to see what would happen". It wasn't pretty, but my old BMW 635 CSI hung pretty tough... after a couple ugly 360's I got it pointed the right direction again without hitting anything. Got the attention of the other drivers on the road though. Scared the crap outta me. We broke up shortly after that... go figure.

Actually, the final straw came a few weeks later, when she wrapped that beautiful/fast/sexy 635 around an oak tree. I owned that car for a total of two months. As soon as I found out she was OK, I got rid of her . Picture 1= The car she killed, Picture 2= It's replacement .
