i wouldnt bother getting a cam unless you plan on upgrading the ecu. the stock ecu really cant handle changes like that and you wont see a lick of power increase from it. for example my friend and i both had 280zx's. mine was fully bored out and had a decent cam and headers and big exhaust, and headwork. all his had was a p79 decked .080". he could nearly keep up with me. i made it my goal to get an aftermarket ecu after that point. the driveshaft is a waste of money, go for a lightweight flywheel if you really want to spend the money. youll also need the dual friction centerforce then. dont just stick with msa for your items, try the interwebz and do some research itll save you some coin

I'm almost certain that won't get you anywhere close to 300hp. You'll need a 240sx throttle body, bore out your manifold, z31 or megasquirt ecu, high compression engine.

I would suggest figuring out your misfire before you go and spend 2200 bucks on stuff you don't need...

Stuck / clogged injector, worn spark plug / spark plug wire, burnt / bent valve.

A dead battery... or corroded / loose battery terminals.

possibly check the started...or maybe since you said one of the pistons wont move is the engine siezed? make sure all your grounds are connected and start checking fuses...or links. The fuseable link box next to the battery was the cause of my z not starting some years ago. I had 2 bad "burnt" links.
