You could probably swap them but performance may suffer as the Turbo meter is probably calibrated for more air flow. In other words at wide open throttle on the Turbo motor the AFM is probably reading alot more airflow then the NA would be even though the air door's would be in the same exact position. As the vane type meters can only read airflow based on the position of the flapper door. Of course someone who's actually tried it will probably be able to tell you for sure. But I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work at all. As far as different years go, as long as the leads are all the same, all the AFM's should be interchangeable. Internally their all the same, but wiring may be different.

The Air Flow Meter (AFM) and throttle body are two different things.

The turbo electronics are not the same inside. you'll get bad readings sent to your computer. If you are swapping in a larger AFM from a turbo car, it is a known mod to swap out the electronics from an N/A AFM into the larger turbo AFM housing. Then adjust the flap resistance screw for proper fuel level. The stock NA AFM is very small and swapping to a larger throttle body won't do very much except for make your throttle control more sensative. The air still has to bottleneck through the stock AFM. Open it ALL up or don't bother changing any of it.

I know bleach.. Maybe I should explain my answer.. If you want to maximize your cars breathing you should get a 240sx TB.. With the turbo AFM allowing more air in a bigger TB would make sense...

you gotta sawp out the guts from NA to turbo one to make it work because turbo one is set up to read air under boost too...
