More blow off valve help

More blow off valve help

ok so now i know that i have to weld it onto the j pipe. but do i need to do anything with the stock emergency relief valve? where is the vaccum line that i need to hook up to the blow off valve?

the emergency release valve isn't a bov. all it does, is open (sounds like a dying squirrel) at about 8 psi. It's a backup incase the wastegate malfunctions... meaning @ stock boost it won't open. If you up the boost, then you will need to cap it, or buy the upgrade ($100) from MSA.

There is no set vacuum line for it, since the factory never put one on. Just use a vacuum hose T in one of the manifold lines.

Yeah, I T'd mine off the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator.

I have got a boost controller from scl30 and yes the boost controller really does work but u must seriosuly CAP OFF or buy a New MSA one or go to www.zcarparts.com personaly im gonna try and modify my own POV by my self DREMEL and DRILL hear i come !!! hehehe
