you might need to change your thermostat... its not opening at the right temp and might cause it to overheat....

If the above doesn't work, check the pump and then the radiator. My Z had a bad radiator when I first got it. Took 5 hours to get home instead of 40 minutes! When I replaced it and took a look in the old one... Oh man, the amount of stuff on the inside was frightening.

You might want to replace the upper and lower radiator hoses as well. Mine had the same problem. I found out that the upper hose, connecting to the thermostat, was weak and collapsed after a few minutes when the motor was up to temp.
