rebuilding the AFM what no kits ??
I read up on the section AFM... NOW why dont they sell a kit to fix them..
it looks relly easy to do but why not a kit to really fix the prob.. the forum on it just (it seams to me) to put band-aid on the prob.. now i might be wrong and way off base here but like I said rebuild would be easyer..
NOW I am not talking about sending it in and payin 130$ to have it rebuilt I mean doing it yourself...
NOW I might be looking in the wrong place and yes there night be a KIT out there then I am looking in the wrong spot "AGAIN"
if a kit out there SOMEONE shoot me the link so I can do this right
thanks

nothing is available, you can buy rebuilt/new. that is why the is the thread on repositioning it. one can only wish for a better option, but with cars this old, good luck, unfortunatly, the demand for the z car is lower than others.

There are few shadetree mechanics with the thousands of dollars in equipment needed to properly recalibrate an airflow meter. If you are too cheap to buy one, then do like we all do and pop the cover, move board around and jog the wheel thingy a few notches.

well for one they have a temp sensor in there. just doing it yourself you would probably end up with too much resistance in your system. and like somene rplied already you have to calibrate it.
