Man, I can't believe even Aruba gets the Skyline, while us in the US still don't!

Yeah, but its not worth the money. It has to pass emitions and light inspection and colision tests. Those are out of your wallet also.

Im form Harrisburg PA and a local garage just swap a Skyline engine into a 240sx. They claim they can get the motors and electronics for $3000 so if you need one there around

A vette can out handle a Viper, and neither of those cars can even touch an AWD Skyline.
If by "better" you only mean faster in a quarter mile drag, then the Viper is a little better.

vipers are cool, and i dont care for the skyline's body, but if you put a skyline GTS engine in a 280zx and mod that bitch up, i dont give a **** if you got a viper...a viper has 10 cyl., a Z only 6 and a Z comes pretty close to those viper with a SL GTS in it, so do the math...besides, vipers are all carbon fiber bullshit, so it weighs less. if a viper wighed the same as a Z, the Z would kick its *** to bloody hell and back....

Are you saying a Viper weighs less than 2800 pounds? I figure the V10 alone weighs that much!

v10 doesnt quite weigh that much and granted it has 4 more cylinders but they put a whole carbon fiber body versus the datsuns all steel, which weighs the car down, a viper weighs about 3500 or so, depending on mods, so i guess the 280 would weigh less in the fact the skyline engines aluminum and not the L28ETs cast iron (i suppose i was thinking of that), so viper does weigh more, but i still think that vipers are WAY overrated.. they are good, but not worth 80 000 to me (in the aspect of racing). with that money, ill have a 280 that could rip almost any car on the road. or track.
