I bought a 130mph speedo on ebay, and it was junk, I saved the face of the speedo and while I had both apart i noticed that all the insides of the 80 and 130 were the same. I think the only difference between the two is the face and the clock spring. Has anyone had any experience/ luck swapping the face and re calibrating these guys?

 

I swapped just the face once, and it was way the hell off on the speed. But I am sure you can find somebody to recalibrate it to the 130 mph speedo.
