Speedo and tach not working

I searched but, couldn't find the answer. My tach and speedo aren't working after i did my turbo swap. For the tach, there ar a couple of wires that were from my old n/a ignition harness that are pushed aside.I think one of them is blue.I'm not sure why mt speedo isn't working.

I did replace my 80 n/a tranny with an 83 n/a.I thought maybe i needed to change out the speedo gear.I have no clue to the both of my problems and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't remember off the top of my head if that blue one is the tach lead, or if it's the black one. Have you tried re-connecting them? Do you have a Haynes manual? The wiring schematics are in there...

Was it ever working? Have you checked the speedo cable from one end to the other? If it gets kinked, it won't spin right.

I haven't tried connecting the blue wire yet.I thought the yach wire went to the neg side of the coil. The speedo was working before i did my turbo swap.I'll check the cable again, later in the week.My car is over 40 miles away at our lake cottage. Thanks for your help on my last thread.
