Okay guys heres my problem. I think i have narrowed it down to a few things. The problem with my car is that when i turn it on and warm the car up till the water temp senso goes all the way up to the middle of the degree mark and the F on the water temp gauge I can hear my fuel pump hmm going on and off. I have already replaced the AFM, The throttle control switch, cleaned the throttle body, replaced the vacum lines, checked out all the fuel injectors, also checked the head temp sensor and the little sensor that goes right below the where the thermostat goes. I would doubt it would be the air regulator. So I narrowed it down to the Fuel dampner, Fuel pump, or even maybe the control unit itself. Now I do feel a constant pulse in the engine bay when feeling the fuel line coming from the fuel filter is that normal I dont know. So here goes my question has anyone replaced there control unit, or that dang fuel dampner. Im going to replace the pump with a pump that I got from the junk yark. Any help guys im just tired of her dying on me at the stop lights when she warms up.

Does it die likes it's struggling for life like when you run out of gas? Or it rather abrupt?
If it's the latter I would look into your ignition module. It's an evil little gremlin that is severly affected by heat, especially once its been damaged already.

When it heats up its like its struggling for life. Even if I try to give it some gas to get it going it still turns off. I replaced the fuel pump and the fuel dampner already. Going to change the Air regulator and pressure regulator tomorrow. But i will do an ohm test on the ignition module to see if it is running properly. ty for the help J.

Have checked to make sure your Thermal Vaccum Valve/s are functioning properly? I know the air reg. can cause problems when the car is cold. I had the same exact problem you had but mine was before the car warmed up. I replaced the air reg. and the cold start valve and the problem went away. It doesn't sound like your problem is neccessarily directly fuel related, but rather something that controls fuel or air based on operating temperature. On my ZX, 81, I have two TVV's, one of which controls vaccum advance, the other controls the EGR valve. Since you already checked your sensors I would check these too.
If you have a TVV that controls your EGR, it or the EGR could be defective which can wreak havoc on your A/R ratio.
Check compression when the car is heated up. The heat could open a leak that is otherwise sealed when the car is cold.
