tranny fluid?
is there a trick to getting the bolt out of the tranny to fill it with fluid? I hate square bolt heads!!!! I got my car running finally but it makes noise when I drive cause I need fluid in there!!! i'll quit driving it untill i can get some fluid in it though.

ok if you can't get it out then stop! One of my trannys was locktighted in. Take out the revers light and fill it though that. I think you'll be a little extra full but better then working on a fill plug that might not come out or worse you strip the treads trying to get it out.

THERE IS A DRAIN HOLE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TRANNY. AND ON THE RIGHT SIDE LOOKING TWARDS THE FRONT OF THE CAR IS A SQUARE 17MM BOLT THATS A BITCH TO UNDO.
WHAT DO YOU MENA BY THE REVERSE LIGHT?? DOES THAT HAVE A PLACE TO ADD FLUID?? i THOUGHT IT WAS JUST SOME ELECTICAL CONNECTORS.

With the actual fill plug: have you tried using heat and a hammer?

dont touch that 17mm bolt, it holds the tranny internals in place, you do that, you may be in for it. just use a impact gun and the plug will come out, or a tub on a breaker bar. just make sure its in there solid
