turbo charged

It is possible, but not a good way to go. Non-turbo engines can't take all that much boost and there's more to it than pushing in more air. You really need the fuel system to work along with the forced induction.
Because Nissan made a 280zx turbo, the best and most reliable way to do a turbo upgrade is to swap a turbo engine including the wiring and computer.

Superchargers put out less power and are not made for the Z anymore. There are so few in circulation that you will probably never find one. That would be a totally custom setup if you're into those. Turbo is just fine. It can't get any easier than dropping in a 280zx turbo engine complete with wiring harness and computer. it bolts to the transmisison and stock engine mounts. Or sell your car and buy a 280zx turbo. That's even less work!
