vq45 in 280

hello all, i know its crazy but does anybody know if the 345hp vq45 engine would fit into the 280zx if not has anyone ever tried to do a vg30dett swap? thnx

check out www.stagemotorsports.com. It has a VG swap for you to looks at. Don't know about the VQ45.

I forget where I saw it but somsone showed me a link of the V8 from the Q45 shoved into the engine bay of a 280ZX or older Z, so it can be done, just probably would take alot of time and money
