What am I missing?

So today I pulled my Cold Start Valve to clean it, and while I was in there, I noticed I was missing a relay, and also two wires were just kinda there on the other side of the bay. I included pics to show what I'm talking about, so my question is..what is supposed to be there? Thanks.

2nd pic: RF condenser wire.

1st pic: (found in the Haynes / FSM)
If you haven't downloaded the FSM yet, I suggest doing so now.

Well that explains my first question, and i must have downloaded the wrong one before. As for my second that's not the location I was referring too. But thank you, I was concerned. I remember reading something on for the turbo version, but it was just strange to me that there were just two wires.
