Whining noise

My zx all of a sudden started making a whining noise in the front of the engine.Whines in nutruel and when reving.I thought it was the power steering pump.I had an extra one from my extra parts and that didn't change anything.

I then thought my clutch fan maybe bad.I had an extra one as well and still no change.I took off the Tensioner pulley, checked the bearing and it spins freely.I don't know what else it could be.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe a sound or video clip? It's just kinda hard to diagnose a noise by a verbal description.

You could also take off all three belts and then start the car to see if the noise remains. If the noise is gone then it would still be something related to those belts or the pulleys they are on.

(don't leave the car running with no belts for more than a couple minutes. Your water pump will not be spinning so there will be no water flow)

I found The problem. It was the small, bottom tension pulley. The bearing wasen't spinning freely.I just took it off along with the belt.I don't use my a/c anyway.
