1979 280zx
My son has a 1979 280zx. we have changed the fuel pump and the distributor modulator, we have spark and the car will fire up with starter fluid but no fuel is going through the injectors. We have pulled all injectors and cleaned with cleaner put back and still no fuel, we also disconnected the computer and replugged everything seems to work except for injectors. any suggestions on what next

For a start, you can DL a freebie factory service manual at XenonS130 - S130 Reference Check out the FSM for troubleshooting/inspection pages which may help you.

Get a noid light, and see if you are getting a signal from the computer. Plug it into an injector plug, and with the car cranking see if the light blinks. That will tell you if is getting a good signal from the computer. Check all 6 injectors to be sure. Then if you are good there, we can try something else. Good luck.
