200SX H190 swapable?

so i came across something interesting.
later NAP-Z type 200SX's have a rear end called H190 and i was wondering if it was swapable with an R200

H190 works the same as R200 aparently but some came with a 5.429 gear set

80's 200sx turbo's have R200 diffs.

ok reading the article i guess mabe not nap-z 200sx's. lemme see what i can find.

It says roadster too so i guess mabe Fairlady era / early 70's

so that would make it S10 chasis 200sx

edit:
never mind, H190 is a solid axle:

guts a possible swap if they work so similarly
