Hello!

I got my 83 280zx NA about 8 years ago and have been reading this forum for help ever since. Thanks for all the help! Now i have a problem that I haven't really been able to answer using google or this forum. I did the 84 300zx ECU swap about 3 years ago. I know people typically do this with the 280zx turbos and it goes fine, but I wanted to update the fuel injection system on my NA. It took a few months of planning and mapping out wiring diagrams, but I did it. It worked really well for a long time. It was way more responsive and idled perfectly, but now its having rough starts. Once it runs for a bit it runs great, but its starting really rough. I got a lot of parts from the 300zx, but not all of them and I'm wondering if I need ALL of the sensors for the ECU for it to run right. I want to ask what you all think because I don't want to just throw money at it.
I'll list all that I've changed, then I'll list the codes I got on the ECU.

New parts:
280zxt distributor and spindle change with the 300zx CAS inside
ignition coil and module
fuel temp sensor
MAF
TPS
ECU
O2 sensor
Some relays had to be added too, like a new fuel pump relay.

The codes I'm getting are:
23 - Throttle vale switch (idle switch) I'm guessing this is the TPS?
31 - load switch
41 - fuel temp sensor

I was getting the CHTS code, but I recently replaced it and the pig tail, but it didn't change anything. I was thinking it would be my best bet because other 300zx people were saying if it was off it would make the car start rough. I haven't run the codes sense to see if the CHTS code is gone or not.

A few things I'm thinking are the issues/some questions I have for you all:
Do I have to have the idle air control valve from the 300zx for the car to run right?
Do I need to maybe reset the ecu since the new CHTS was installed?
For the load switch to go away do I just need one of those switches to be installed? (power steering switch, ac/heater switch, headlamp switch, radiator fan switch, or rear defogger switch?)
