280zx turbo

So a couple of weeks ago I saw this post on Craigslist for a 280zx turbo with no pictures, I call the guy and we meet up to see the car the guy lives in this big meth area in Washington called spanaway the minute i see the car, im completely decided that I don't want to get it, the cars painted primer grey, theres overspray everywhere, he has this giant sub in the back bumping like crazy, I look inside the car and he has speakers drilled in to anything he could find, a dash cracked like those cracks in sand that you see in a desert. he pops the hood and pushes the throttle all the way down, and the engine screeches as it revs. That car had seen better days, I wasn't even sure if the turbo worked at the time.
some of my favorite quotes from him "I never use bondo, just new metal" meanwhile there's bondo spots everywhere. or (the passenger window was missing) "I put a passenger window from an Acura in to keep the rain out" theres a giant hole where there's just no window because there different shapes.

I'm later searching on Craigslist again and find a video that I think is the same car, only he painted the hood blue, and I just had to show you guys.

Really? Because any 280zxt that can start & drive is worth at least $1k in parts.

Why would someone dump money into a car, then post it on Craigslist, and on Youtube, showing the license plate, if it was stolen? If it was stolen, the owner would know about it in 5 minutes.

I really don't get the problem here... all you have to do is ask:
-Do you have the title?
-How much are you asking?

Complicated... I know.
