Analog gauges not working right

Ok i just swaped out my digital gauges, every thing worked before, after swaping in the analogs, Now the boost and speedo don't work? Whats wierder is that the water tempeture gauge works, and i haven't changed the sender up front on the engine, so whats the deal. Do i need to splice in some wire from the digital gauges or what, any help is needed? Also my odometer and the milage clocks aren't working.

Boost gauge gets it's signal from the boost sensor... you can also adjust the trim w/ the adjustor by the glove box.

yes? i just swaped in an anolog gauges, i used the wiring harness and gauges from the n/a, i still have the digi, harness and gauges. The analog harness was in n/a. Digital was original, a turbo. K, so what wires do i need to pull from the digital? And can i straight wire it unstead or do i have to splice fuse blocks. Cause i really don't want to do that.

You didn't answer my question.... do you have the boost sensor hooked up? It's bolted to the front of the left strut tower on the turbo models.

I'm running all NA analog gauges. I have an Autometer boost gauge with a vacuum line run to the manifold.

So when I swapped the turbo engine into my NA car, I basically left the dash and gauges alone that were there. I like the voltmeter and the big oil pressure gauge that the NA has.

Ok so if i get an after market gauge, all i'll have to do is run a vacuum line to the manifold, no electricity. Cool, and what took you so long? Also whats in the third dash hole.

That's usually what people do anyway... an aftermarket gauge is more acurate. I've got my stocker & a pillar boost gauge.

Which 3rd hole ya mean? The left or right one?

That's why I posted the above pic

From left to right:

-Oil pressure gauge (turbo model has oil temp on top, smaller oil pressure below).

-Voltmeter on the NA... Boost gauge on the turbo.

-Clock... all digital, except for the base model 79/80 had the analog clock.

Oh, see what i thought is they deleted the volt for the boost on n/a's and had something else, i'm lagging to day, anyways, i'm just going get a new boost gauge and hook it up, so when i find that, i'll repost. And do i need anything(wires, etc.) for the 120mph speedo, or will it just hook up. Sorry for all the questions, its because im a lame. But at least i drive a z, huh.

The 120 speedo, should just hook up. It worked in my n/a's, just did a instrument cluster swap. Of course I didn't have digital, nor a Turbo. So I don't know what the difference is, between them if any. But I really don't see why it wouldn't work.

Ok, yeah now i have the n/a harness so it should work, i'm just going to swap in the whole 79' dash since they had the 120mph speedometer. Right? There the same price at the yard, but the guy said there different, so whatever. I'm gonna go get it on pay day. . Another question, does your gas gauge, analog, go to empty, then the bottom 1/4 to none work or what. Cause i'm gettin scared.
