another slick top found...
i was searching my local junk yards and came across a 81 slicktop 2+2... its not that bad of shape could use a new hood and the interior is blue. glass is all good and the engine looks ok. not sure whats wrong with it.. but to find a 2+2 slicktop i was impressed..

seems like they're pretty popular on ebay right now. There's a handful of 79's on there. Any year other then 79 though and slick top is pretty rare to find. I guess everybody wanted t tops when they became available.

really bleach, we live in WA. tell me you dont get leaks. i hated leaky tops on my z31. cold mornings it took forever to defrost the windows. car felt damp. i had one of those dessicant packs in it just to get the moisture out.

ya, my t-tops leak, and my friend's Z31 is the same. Not much but it is annoying. She has a carport and I have a garage which helps.
I've never heard of a Z32 t-top leaking though. I think they finally perfected the design by 1990.
but I love my t-tops anyway

On a z31, it is usually the sealing compound around the holes for the drains up there.
If you seal them back up to the body, no more leaks.
I find this on z31s a lot more often than the end gap on the t-top seal.
