Did you see that this one is oil cooled only? Also the exhaust gas in & out ports are on the same side... that would be hard to hook up... I guess the exhaust pipe could come out the hold... LOL it wouls be better if the exhaust in was at the top and the exhaust out the bottom...

It would be more wise to spend that money on rebuilding or upgrading your stock turbocharger.

i was drunk last night when i posted this, but i still dont know what he is talking about? what external waste gate? where? how can you remove it if it doesnt exist? this is a garbage thread. do **** the right way just get a T3/T4 hybrid turbo 50 or 60 trim. should be good enough for w/e you have in mind.

I think he just meant the wastegate actuator. But I understand your confusion... it's an INTERNAL wastegate.

changing the wastegates can allow the turbo to hold more boost steadily

How are you going to change the waste gate on a turbo with an internal waste gate? It's kinda hard to go bigger with a fixed size housing. Yes, you can change the pressure actuator, but that's not "swapping" the stock waste gate onto this one, which by the way, is WAAAY too big for a motor under 3 liters.

As was said earlier, the original question makes no sense and asking for clarification or more information is the only intelligible action at this point.
