Clutch info

Hey I had a new clutch put in my '82 turbo about 2weeks ago, but it grinds when going into gear most of the time. I'm hoping that i just need to adjust the freeplay of the clutch... Please tell me this will help!!

You had a new clutch put in? Like by a shop?

Take it back to them and tell them to fix it.

Might just get rid of this thing, i love the Z's but its annoying how these things keep stacking up like this... I hate not knowing what is wrong with it.

Did you let them drive it and hear the grind? It's pretty hard to ignore a grinding noise... If it's not fixed, take it back and raise a fuss... mention your call to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) too.

Did they remove the slave cylinder? Maybe you need to bleed the system?
