Clutch problems
Ok ill try to make this as simple to explain as possibile. 1982zx turbo
New Clutch pressure plate & disc plus bearing installed by a shop about 1,500 miles ago.
New slave cylinder and SS hose by me
Used hard line from another Zx by me
New master cylinder
So my problem is the clutch doesn't seem to be disengage very well at all lately causing it to be very hard to shift at times, sometimes it shifts fine (at random but mostly when cold). The pedal doesn't travel very far to engage either. At one point the pedal went to the floor while at a light i was able to pull it up and drive it home. I put the new master cylinder in at that point. but the clutch feel and still isn't good at all. Would like to know what you guys think may be the problem. Thanks

Ya Its proplerly bled. Is the 10mm how much of the end is through? The problem seems to be the pedal returning back up. Is there a spring somewhere that I need to check on? If so is it on the fork or the pedal?

The 10mm is how far you push the pedal down from the very top, to where you first start feeling resistance.
If its not pushing itself back up, only like 3 things that can be wrong. First it the adjustment of the pushrod, second, air in the lines still, and third would be a leaky or damaged slave cylinder.
