convert into turbo

ive HEARD of people using the stock electronics and just turbo injectors and the turbo setup no other electronics and such, but no idea how that works. i plan on finding out if i ever S/C my 280 i got now. i think it would be very interesting.

You can use n/a electronics, just keep the boost low since the timing will never be pulled as you boost. Detonation control is key, and with the stone age efi of a Datsun controlling fuel and ignition, I'm not sure I'd want to risk blowing a motor just to save a few hours on wiring. A harness is cheaper than a motor.

Yeah I wouldn't risk it either. I always thought the wiring, is one of the most crucial parts, to a Turbo swap. That is the way I am going. I will get the dash, and engine bay harness. When I do my swap. I have a good start for parts already. I figured the wiring, is going to be one of the last things to get.
