You guys do realize those are model cars right? If they were real that would be awesome. Still pretty cool for a model tho.

yeah man. Thats in the title of the thread; not to mention it's blatantly obvious that the model is sitting on a glass box would definately be cool if it were a real kit though.

He put the fender mirrors in the wrong location on that Police car. I've got all three 280ZX transformer reissues. Prowl, Bluestreak, and Smokescreen.

They are all 280ZXs!
Smoke screen has a full airdam and ZXR spoiler with red, white, blue paint. It is a 280ZX race car though. Maybe Paul Newmans? Smokescreen's tail lights give him away. He is a ZX, not a 240Z.

Prowl is the police car. I also have an original Prowl which cost a lot of money a few years ago on eBay. Now that the re-issues are out, the originals have gone way down in value.

Bluestreak in the cartoon series was a blue/sivler scheme like Jabo's car but reversed I think! Blue hood, silver sides. But ALL the toys issued out were all silver. For some stupid reason, the reissue of Bluestreak they changed his name to Silverstreak. I think what they should have done is changed the color on the car to match the cartoon.

There is also a Z31 300ZX called Streetsmart. I don't have that one. It came out at the end of the Transformer line and is hard to find.

You collect Transformers? That is dope so do I. I have almost all the generation 1 mostly in original boxes. Do you have the rare blue and silver Diaclone Bluestreak? I do, he is a little rough. But he is in the original box. It took me about 3 years to aquire him. Anyway I am turning my '82 into the Bluestreak diaclone. He is goin all out. Symbols and all. Let me know what you think.

I am also thinking about turning my '81 into Smokescreen. He has the right body for it. And I can get the body kit, that is exactly like the Smokescreen Transformer.

So? I paid $100 for Prowl back in the day. That was the going price on eBay.
Are you saying it cost $80 new back in the 80's? I've seen a picture of that Silverstreak. I thought it was just a custom made toy. Those Japanese do crazy things.

I do not know when exactly that all-chrome Silverstreak was made. I just know it's limited edition and it's current sale price was around $80, NIB. It was part of some sort of Japanese limited release where a couple others of the OG Transformers were redone in custom paint and packaging.
