Hun, part that car out and sell on eBay. You'd be amazed at how much profit you can make - yes, even screws and nuts (no pun intended - lol). Many of my best-sellers were small parts that are very hard to find, and some people take for granted, except those who are looking for the parts. Yeah, it's a lot of work parting the car out, taking pix, uploading them, listing them, etc. ... but it can be well worth it with the parts that are in highest demand.

Nice Find! Like she said part it out, Youd be surprised how much you can make. And if you really want a L28et I would just wait. Use the money from parting out the car to buy one. And if you cant find one I know someone who is selling theirs.

Looks like your typical Illinois 280ZX....I'd hate to see what my ol' '81 looks like by now. Midwest winters are hard on these cars.....

:-D! Some guy here in colorado gave us $50 to take his (virtually) rust-free 240Z body off of him!

Sweet find though, sad how rusty it is, I hope mine never gets like that!

Dude!

That is some serious rust on that car.

I'll bet if you poured Naval Jelly on it, it would completely disappear and leave nothing but the wheels and tires behind!

Rod.

What I meant by the above is: take what you want from her, then part the rest out and sell on eBay. You'd be amazed at what you will have left over, and some of those parts are good sellers - trust me, I know.

Well, not much might be useful to you, but there's tons of parts useful to others, if you're willing to remove, photograph, list and sell them If you have the patience do to all of that, please hit me up and I'll tell you which parts are the best sellers.

Oooh, have you seen this link yet, Snowie? Are your A-pillars in good condition (he said any color - yours appear tan)? If so, you have a potential buyer: https://www.zdriver.com/forums/wanted-wtb-wtt-70/looking-pillars-21465/

^^^The A-pillars go from the top of the roof to the side of the dash inside. Also going along the side of the windshield inside.
