Fuel Injector Replacement

Fuel Injector Replacement
3 of my fuel injectors were leaking on my 280ZXT so I decided just to replace all 6 injectors as well as the seals. I ordered Standard Motor Products Part # FJ23T as well as the seal kit. I pulled off the fuel rail, pulled the injectors, cleaned out the bore they sit in with carb cleaner and replaced. There are some slight differences in design at the injector tip as you can see in the attached picture (new injector is on the left). After I put everything back together, energized the fuel pump and crank the car over, it fired a few times before it died. Crank a couple more times and the same thing occurred. After about 3 attempts to starts the car, it now only cranks over without firing. The car was running fine prior to the injectors being replaced.
Is there any bleed procedure that needs to be done for the fuel rail? Is there something else that I am missing here?
I also have two of my injector lower holders that are cracked (See picture). Does anyone have a good place to purchase these? Are they the same at the NA models? I also have 4 connectors that have become brittle and cracked. Does anyone have a good source for the connectors?

Interesting... I've never seen injector tips like that for the 280zx...
Did the seals sit tight in the intake upon install? I'd say there's either a nasty vacuum leak, wrong injectors, you didn't reconnect the AFM, TPS, CHTS, or maybe the spark plug wires got put back on in the wrong order...
You should be able to buy the injector holders at your local parts store. If not, then hit up ebay, MSA, BDA, or your local Nissan Dealer.
Lastly, our member FricFrac has a thread on wiring harness fix kits which include all sensor and injector connectors ( https://www.zdriver.com/forums/sale-...aps-etc-34456/ ).

I purchased them off of Rockauto for $30 each. I will check tonight to see if the seals were sitting tight against the intake. I had everything marked (including spark plug wires numbered!) so everything went back together okay. I'm going to check fuel pressure going into the rail tonight and pull a couple plugs to see if there is spark and if any fuel is getting into the cylinder. I also need to ohm out the injectors to see if they even fall within spec.
What is the CHTS?
Thanks for the direction on the injector holders and wire harness connectors!

Did you have to do anything to purge the system of any air?

The injectors seem to be sealed up in the intake. I tried taking a fuel pressure reading and the gauge did not even register (it started at 5 psi). I'm a bit leery of the reading because I suspect one of the Shrader valves was not opening for the fuel pressure gauge so I am going to get another and re-test. The fuel pump makes all kinds of noise. Is it possible that it would be that weak that it would register zero pressure? And why would simply replacing injectors cause it to no longer work?

Okay, definitely not the fuel pump. Just a bad gauge. 50 psi at the fuel rail. Definitely not the ignition system. Squirted some gas in the intake and she purrs for a few seconds. NEW INJECTORS NOT INJECTING! Started to troubleshoot the wiring to the injectors. I disconnected the harness from the inejctor and connected a voltmeter. Cranked the engine over and it pulses a voltage up to 6V. I'm not sure the typical duration of the electrical signal or voltage, but is that enough to open the injectors? If that is too low of voltage, is it a bad relay? I really do not want to swap back to the old injectors to find they work fine.
