Fuel line help needed

Hi everyone i was looking for some help with determining what what size fittings i need for my rail. And if what i have will work.

What i have is a aftermarket fuel rail that came with -10 AN fittings on each side (i didnt realize it would be this big when i bought it, woulda wanted -8 or -6) but anyways does anyone know what size the original lines are for the zxt? And when looking for braided lines what size do yall recommend me get for the supply and return? I had some nice fellows recommend to me an aftermarket FPR but if i use the stock regulator with its far less than -10 or 10/16" inlets and outlets am i going to have problems with such a reduction in hose line?

You can buy step down fittings online (ebay / Summit) to use -6AN fittings. That's what I am using on my fuel rail.

Is 5/16 the stock size for the stock Fuel Pressure Regulator? If i go from -10AN and hose it all the way up the FPR and buy a -10AN fitting to a -6AN fitting, this will technically be ok to do? And then use a -6AN back to the fuel tank? Sry for all the questions i just dont wont there to be any pressure issues, im sure theres some solid science behind all this if anyone knows.
