fuel rail updates and questions about coolant??

Ok, ive got the rail. posted below are pics of it, and below that ive got pics and questions

so ya, that is the fuel rail. its freaking heavy cause my guy made it out of hydraulic stock..so if i needed to run 1000 PSI, i guess i could.

below i have a picture question about the ancillary cooling block on the top of the intake.

this is the block..ive read about blocking it off before..but what about the 3 ?vacuum? lines coming off of it?

these seem to be where those 3 lines come back to..just below the water neck there is yellow plastic looking ?valve? with 3 barbs on it? looks to be jsut below the coolant temp sensor. What is it and what should i do with it in regard to cleaning up my intake?

Thanks, Joe.

#1... Why are you wanting to block off whatever you are trying to block off?

#2... There should be diagrams in the Haynes manual explaining what they are. I'd give you the page number, but I'm at work and my Haynes manual is not.
