Having issues with keeping the car running
I have a 1983 280zx 2+2 N/A and it has 200,010 on the car and has a motor with 40,000 original miles on it. It has been running well for a while now since the engine swap and recently, i mean today it stalled while in traffic but it started right back up with no issues and then when i got home i let it run for about five minutes and then it just bogs for about a minute and the gas pedal has no response and then dies. But it will start up again and sometimes it runs normal and other times it doesn't. I was thinking it was the fuel pump because that is the original one and i think its struggling a little but i just wanted to get everyone's opinion before i blow off 100 dollars on getting a new one and find out its not the issue?

the timing is good
and all the spark plugs, wires, cap/rotor,and coil is new
i've checked all the sensor connectors and afm seems to be good
I didn't have time to check the fuel pressure but i've planned to do that tomorrow and hopefully thats the problem

IC unit? My 82 was originally a N/A and it would do the same thing as you are saying. Run fine then it would drop out at stop lights, give it gas when the idle would start to get erratic and it would die. I would have to wait a minute before it would start again. Checked my fuel pressure, it was fine. Never got to test my theory though cause I ended up doing the turbo swap, has never happened since I did the swap though(still have the N/A fuel pump). The IC, AFM, CHTS, TPS and CAS all got swapped out, I would say its in there somewhere.
