High C/O 2500 rpm

Anyone have any ideas, I have high c/o, 6% at 2500 rpm. I replaced the plugs, air flow meter ( reman ), engine oil. Fuel pressure is within specs. 1979 Nissan 280 ZX CA car.

Welcome to ZDriver!

What is the timing set to? Is the catalytic converter still on the car?

Check the throttle switch on the air valve. If it's stuck closed, it will cause rich all the time.
