I've got a "nearly solid" diff mount as I like to call it haha
Basically I took an almost new Nissan diff mount (****in score from the junkyard!! Haha) and filled all the crevices with 3M windo-weld.
Just with that alone I can stab the gas right in the power band and snap back out of the throttle and there's NO clunk at all, it was a great mod lol

So is the ride even more rough w/ the solid rear cross member bushings? And you are using the stock rubber diff mount right?
I want to make a set of plastic (uhmw) cross member bushings, but I'm currently using a solid (welded) diff mount (obviously I could swap it out for a stock one).

I've got a stock diff mount, but I filled it with 3M Windo-Weld so it's like semi-solid.
I definitely would put a stock diff mount back there or something, I'm surprised yours hasn't had any problems (not like you ever drive your car lawlawlawlawlawlawlawl).
the only thing I noticed different was there's a little moar noise in the cabin, but nothing too bad.
