Metal BB/pelet in the distributor
Where does the metal BB/pelet go in the distributor and what does it do? noticed it on my stator or whatever and plucked it off...
I think it might be the reason my car started running like isht after a while after I first cranked it.
Or it could have just been in my distributor for no reason, I just remember last time I messed with the dizzy there was a BB.

Yep...
It's been a long time since I've looked at an n/a dizzy, but I'm sure there's a bearing in the bottom to run the shaft... one of the retainers probably broke and allowed one of the inner ball bearings to pop out.
Or maybe a neighbor kid shot your car w/ a bb gun.
PS... bb's for guns are usually brass colored (or they used to be), while bearing ***** are silver.
