need help with my JSK fuel rail

Hey I got my JSK fuel rail back yesterday, and I don't know what I need to get or do to make it work. Any feedback and or information would be greatly appreciated. It looks like it got dropped on one side. Because it has burs on one one end of it. This is not my field, and I need all the help I can get. I am totally lost, I have no hardware to it, whatsoever. Also here is a link to the fuel rail auction.

just take off your old rail.... pull the injectors from the rail, leaving the rubber hose connected to the injectors... and put them on the new rail. You should have a return connection on the right end, or in the middle... connect the fpr to that & reinstall.

The JSK rail looks like it has a couple threaded holes for attaching a mounting bracket. Are those just in case you want to make the rail more stable?
It would appear the injectors themselves would be sufficent to hold the rain up.

Looks like you'll have to buy the barbed connections at a hardware store. The ones you see in the plastic bag in the auction pic is what you need. Buy 8. six for the injectors, one for each end of the rail.

if you hooked up the 6 injector nipples. and you hooked up that cold start one, then hook it all up, and hook your fuel line up and you ready to go.

yes bleach there is blind holes in there...they are for rail mount when using ORING injectors that have no clamps...presses the rail against the seals

I assume you will ask but we got threaded holes...Well...ill answer it this way...he probably used same Code for his mill with oring and regular injectors and just added a tapping cycle to the barb

So that is what the barbed pieces look like? The gold ones on your rail? And how do I ask what I need at the hardware store? And on the bottom of the rail, I have 6 big holes, and 2 small ones. And on top I have where the JSK logo is. Where it is higher than the rest of the rail, are 2 big holes on the end. And both ends of the rail are hollow. I appreciate the help guys, keep those tips coming my way.

thanks Skully. That's what I needed to know.

I'm just going to put some duct tape over those two holes on the top by the JSK logo.

Bring the rail and fuel line to the hardware store with you to test fit the fittings. Should be able to find everything in the plumbing section.

So was anyone planning to use the bottom mounts to actually put some sort of mounting bracket on or are the six injectors sufficent? ...can anyone forsee a problem with the rail vibrating too much?

The first time I installed my aftermarket rail, I used the supports.... Did firm it up some, but I don't think I will use it this time.

Hey, guess what! The turbo engines don't have cold start injectors.
so I just plugged the side. JSK is looking good on the manifold... now to get the rest of it put together.
