Nope... the 280zx ecu is not reprogrammable or upgradable by itself.

Actually, it can be plugged into your car and, if installed correctly, will richen your air/fuel mixture, but unless you've done a bunch of other upgrades on you're car all it's gonna do is kill your fuel mileage.

 

that's pretty crazy. that chip probably only has.... 8 gates in it? that is one simple computer.

 

I have nothin but cold air and exhaust right now. By the end of the month I will have my racing cam and electronic ignition in though.

 

I took a look at that website. Looks like a fancy word for SCAM to me.

I'm thinkin of giving that a shot actually. There is about 9 or 10 Z31s out in the junkyard just outside of town in 29 Palms where I'm stationed.

 

Do they have set prices for parts or do you have to ask each time?
I need some 1988-89 parts. non turbo is fine.

The fuel injection wiring harness for 1988-89 only.

Just the wires and all plugs. I do not need MAS or ECU
