Just to help you out, go to xenons130.com, go to reference link and download your year model repair manual, it should really help a lot if you can't buy a chilton book or haynes. Great deal btw, i just got mine about a month ago now, its a 1983 non turbo 5 speed manual 2 seater. I got it for $400 and only has 109k miles on it! Maybe that $50 you payed got u the turbo with it.

That is a pretty big problem...

How do you plan to do the swap if you don't understand what you are doing / looking at?

If you can't make sense of it, what is the point?

Telepathy, osmosis, or maybe the local fortune teller could help him.

Copy Paste. You have the original 280ZXT copy and paste it into the NA. It's as easy a swap as it can get. It's not like you're swaping it into a '94 Toyota Forerunner.... Make sure you are going to clear the steering rack - you might have to swap that in. It will be a big job your first time with no experience or knowledge but it's very doable.

The 280ZXT did not come with manual rack from the factory. It's probably just low on power steering fluid, or the belt is loose / off (5 second check and you'll know).

wheres the pictures of this 280ZXT.. i wanna see how bad the rust is first before you start chopping it up.. you might just be better off keeping the ZXT and tossing your NA...
not to sound mean, but from reading all your post i really don't think you have the basic knowledge or understanding of the car to take on such a project.

Merged a lot of your single line posts. Try to type more than one phrase per post... kinda helps understand you.
