New To The Forum And The Car
Hey guys, like the title says I'm new to the forum... My name is Kyle, I'm 19, I have a 7 month old son named Tyler, and I drive a 1995 Maxima SE. And I'm about to be an owner of a project 1980 280zx. Im buying it for $500 off of a shop owner who has had the car its whole life, but it was in a big flood in the 90s and needs some help. The engine is seized, and paint is in horrible shape, but trans and electrical is all ok. The car is a little dismantled(door pannel is off, door handle off, sidemarkers are of, taillights off, bumpers, ect) but all the parts are included. The car has 102,000 miles on it, used to be dark blue, and has a maroon interior and an 8 track player..

yep. That motor is toast. You might be able to use some parts from it... but for the most part they'd be cosmetic. SAVE THOSE SPARK PLUG CLIPS!!!!
I'd also be curious as to what that intake is.... Weird curve going on there I'm not familiar with.
Sorry.... That last picture just got the juices flowing. Ask away! We're here to help keep these cars on the road!!!
