New Here, but in NEED of HELP!!

Hey I was wondering what type of transmission fluid and gear oil is good for the 82 280zx? i heard alot of people use Redline MT-90 75W90 for both of it? i really don't get how it works? need help quick..

w00t! Page 26 of the Haynes manual...

Dexron ATF for the automatic transmission.
SAE 80W or SAE 75W (depending on driving conditions) for manual (non-turbo).
ATF for the BW T5 manual.

So how's the driving simulation for the RP... hey whats the number for the fluids and oil? need feedbacks..

ITs great, my shifts are smoother, and theres less noise, also helps that RP as friction modifiers in it to help the synchros out. Tho Im thinking next time Im going to Try the SYNCHROMAX RP in the tranny and see how that does.

Numbers???
