Might I ask what you personally did with your own hands on the VR4 that got it into the 11's?

Where you from? Cause your English and grammar is appalling. I don't want to rip on you if English isn't your first language. And if it is, no this isn't an English class, but you need to represent yourself with a bit more poise if you expect people to respect you and offer their knowledge. Like right now, I could type up a crap ton of things for you to do or look into, but your lack of care to take the time and use proper spellings and constructed sentences really makes me not want to. And your mixing up of terminology. Like saying "heads bored" idk what that means. You mean ported and oversized valves and intake/exhaust ports? And there is actually A TON of head modification writeups out there. One large one in specific that is easy to find. If I like what your next post looks like I'll point you in the next direction.

TONS. As for a fancy tubular turbo header, don't bother. Greddy made one back in the day, and any that you do find for sale is typically over a grand. The stock manifold is cast steel though. So you can port it and cut and weld on an external wastegate very easily. I did it. And they flow pretty well, they have been on many datsuns that have seen over 400whp. Any t4 flanged turbo will bolt on, however you can run into clearance issues if the turbine/compressor housings are to big and hit the manifold. The intake manifold however is restrictive and so is the head design for flow. Porting is a pain on the long intake runners but can be done, or have someone do it for you.

look through all of those.
