Very good point Snow, I emailed the dealer with that blue 02' WRX I posted a link of. They said they welcome trades so hopefully it will work out.

And as for the EVO blowing up... That would be the least of my worries. Those motors can take a lot of abuse. Im slowly building up a 1G GST for my friend right now(FMIC, Megasquirt, Suspension, Clutch, Exhaust....), his car has well over 200k miles!! and he beats the hell out of it daily.

Thanks again
Rob

Thats what I say, but he doesnt have a lot of money(or brains) so he cant be picky. He actually had to use his college bonds from his grandmother to pay for the car.

HaAHAHA omg r u serious... those 1G elipses and talons are cheap as hell! unfortunatly they dont have forged internals.. the rest of the car is prety damn strong though and they will still hold around 400 hp all stock no probs due to soft pistons... get forged internals the possibilites are endless!!!

ummm..... pretty damn sweet... dry road conditions a Z with good suspension would probably out handle it for sure.. i know my Z32 could handle better than my friends WRX on the on ramps... (we basically went as fast as we could up them until undeersteer started to develop) i won... by 10 mph score! haha.. but in any other non perfect conditions it handles pretty damn sick. of coarse its due to AWD

Hmm. I think I am going to lose my mind trying to decide what to do!! Just curious if the time came what do you think I could get for my car in perfect running condition?

I took my dad's truck out(3/4 ton HD Chevy w/ 6.0L Vortech, Hypertech reprogrammer and K&N FIPK) Its relatively quick(for a truck) and it was pretty fun. I cant imagine a WRX! Iv been looking and 04' STI can be found from $22k-$26k pretty easily, is it worth the extra money? It would be nice to get something was a warranty.
there are cars that a cheaper and fun out there for winter beaters .. supercharged tbirds. e30's etc .. if you sell the z you will regret ...

and a lone for a car ... never get a loan for a car .. what if you total it ..you will be paying long after the car has gone .. and no naturally that wont happen to you .. a lone for a car ... dont go there

Thats why in this country, you are required to have full coverage if you're driving a car that isn't fully paid off.

Its not a legal requirement, but no one will finance you if you don't have full coverage on the vehicle.
