I'm so happy right now... This car is hauling a$$ now on just 5lbs of boost.

Makes me want to toss on a fmic and up it to 10.

5psi boost? How is that? Stock is ~6.5psi.

I backed my boost controller all the way out and my gauge is reading 5 at peak boost.

Stock gauge in the dash or aftermarket?

The stock gauge isn't measured in lbs of boost (just an FYI).

Quick question guys....

Rust in my tank is a pressing issue atm.

Would it be practical to just get two 2 inch rare earth magnets and stick them on the outside bottom of my tank?

I know those little bastards are pretty powerful and would probably pull every particle of rust in that tank to the bottom.

Any feedback?

I just ran my tank pretty low (two ticks left on the disco dash) and dropped the tank, drained the gas, washed and rinsed it really well, used a wire brush on the rush areas, put it back on, filled it up and never looked back.

Oh... don't forget to let it dry completely before reinstalling the tank.

I shudder at the thought of taking the straps off... lol

Something would probably break :P I'll just keep checking that inline filter I tossed between the tank and fuel pump.

The magnets came in today and I tossed them on the bottom of the tank. They have some serious pull to them so I'll see if it actually works before I resort to pulling the tank.
