Tops weren't even an option untill late 1980.
(1979 has that speedometer someone might want to get)

T-tops were introduced for the 1980 model year... but I don't know about the "late" part. My car has a born-on date of October '79

You're still the smartest guy here though Bleach.

Do you have the stainless steel pipe that leads from the exhaust manifold to the cat? If so, how much?

I need an exhaust bolt and nut, for the top rear corner of the manifold.

Thanks Bleach. Now I can stop looking like an *** everytime I ask if a 79 came with Ttops or not. It's too bad that one's 2000 miles away. I still haven't been able to find my 79. I want a coupe (without Ttops) So if anyone on the eastcoast in a non emissions area wants to trade for a well running hard pulling 81NA with an acceleration happy 4spd then hit me up.
