radio cassette

Welcome to ZDriver. Unfortunately, most people don't mess with the original stock radio anymore. Especially one that's 26 years old.
If you like the stock radio, eBay or the junk yard.
The only other thing I can think of is to replace it with a new stereo. If you like the nostalgia of the original radio, then you can do what I did and install the new one in the glove box so it's tucked away. Mine is just an amplifier for my iPod and it doesn't serve any other purpose.
Good luck.

Unless someone on the board has one to give you for free, for an absolutely basic head unit w/ tape deck, here's one from Crutchfield for $39.99

You can't get much cheaper than that.
For $79.99 you can get this Kenwood with front panel AUX input perfect for an MP3 player:

Then you don't have to mess with CD's or cassettes ever again! I have AUX input decks in every vehicle I own now. My iPod follows me around and I have my entire audio library and about 2 dozen movies with me where ever I go.

Yeah...I have extra ones lying around too. Problem is...it would be a pain to test them...to make sure they work. I wouldn't want to sell something that does not work at all. No promises...but I will see what I can do. Maybe I can test them in my slicktop or maybe even my other Z. Just hook them up, and see if they work.
