1979 Datsun 280zx zxr rare - $5500 (gladstone)

1979 Datsun 280zx zxr rare 5,500 obo
79 280z ZXR only 1000 made
The special edition Datsun 280ZXR's were produced by the Nissan factory to homologate the large rear wing for racing.
This car had to be manufactured in 1000 unit lots to meet the qualification requirements for "production class" status.
Thus only 1000 were made.
Nice inside and out, freshend bottom end, ported and polished head ,cam and header, close ratio tranny,
new clutch, and lightend flywheel, new shocks, new bakes, new exhaust
This is a must see car and very rare to boot

Yeah, cuz with the MASSIVE 135 hp that thing put out from the factory...you know they needed it!!

That does not look like Eric's car. His has all polished and chromed engine with an MSA bodykit now. I doubt he put it back to stock to sell. Also, the other ZXR in Portland does not have a sunroof.
There was a 280ZXR in Canby for sale about a year ago for only $1500. It had some rust though so probably not the same one.... wow, possibly three 280ZXRs in that same area.
