Read what BS this is!

Guys,

I am mad beyond all means,

So anyway, I won this ebay auction

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...6415285&rd=1,1

This is what they sent me.

Ok well we can all see what happened, here fine ok they sent me the wrong item by mistake. We all make mistakes I've sent 11 emails since 11/17/06 asking them to refund me the amount, and send me a shipping label so I can get a refund. Not once did they respond, so I contacted Paypal, let the dispute sit there for three days until allowing Palpal to get involed. Once they do finally the seller send me an auction saying this:

The seller has offered to provide a full refund once you return the item in its original condition. Please send the item to the seller at the following address:

1835 S. Cobb Industrial Blvd., Suite 103, Smyrna, GA 30082, United States

You are responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with returning the item. Once you ship the item, please provide us with an online tracking number by Dec. 15, 2006. This tracking number allows us to confirm that you shipped the item. Please understand that if you fail to provide this information, your case will automatically be closed.

We recommend that you ship the item using a service that can supply proof of shipment or a tracking number. Otherwise, you may need to rely on the seller to confirm if the item was received.

Ok something in there is WRONG as hell, why should I have to spend $10.00 on shipping when it was their fault? OK so I spend $17.12 pay $10.00 to ship, and only get $7.12 back. WHAT THE HELL?

So I am really ticked, paypal says well it's their policy not ours, what a joke?

What would you do?

that's life kid. Even if you order something from a big company like JC Whitney and they send you the totally wrong part, you have to pay shipping to return it. I've been there.

Some good companies refund your shipping cost because really it only costs them half of what you paid for shipping for them to send it to you anyway. Like my boots. I got the wrong ones at first and the company had me return them but told me they would refund me my shipping costs after they got them. It just depends who you are dealing with.

Paypal,s policies are oriented strongly against the buyer. They allow sellers to get away with pretty much anything because they are the ones who are paying fees. I've been in that situation before...

Having sold things over the internet and payed the rediculous fees for that crap I can tell you paypal loves their sellers. The only time you don't pay fees is if the buyer pays with paypal by bamk transfer and not credit card.

Paypal is owned by eBay... that should give you an idea of where their focus & concern lies.

And yes... BUY PADS FROM YOUR LOCAL PARTS DEALER. You'll get them at the same price as ebay (after shipping) and you won't have to wait for the wrong part to arrive.

Check and see what those wagner pads fit, and re-ebay them. Leave negative or neutral feedback for these people.

Who knows, you might even profit.

I didn't get an item once and the seller repaid me for the item plus shipping as it was the Z hood orinament. Seven month's later I received the item (stupid post office sucks). I contacted the seller for full name and address and sent the payment back. I agree on the comments you made about eBay. Yes, they are a business and usually stand by the sellers. During my membership have received 2 negatives which weren't deserved, but the only thing eBay would do was if I agreed to a mutual withdrawal it would be removed. Both the sellers tried to intemidate me and even threatend me and both have since then been kicked off or quit ebay. Ebay doesn't give a darn about you and I don't care if the pads were cheaper on eBay go to Auto Zone at least you can take them back without a lot of crap. Try to relist the item and definately leave NEGATIVE feedback, but you will get the same. I left positive and received negative because I said that the shipping was rather high and to check the shipping before bidding. When I had paid I left a message to the seller informing him the shipping was high it was for about 6 plastic used spark plug wire connectors for the Z. The seller didn't say anything until I left the feedback and then he told me I should have contacted him before I made a bid. Also he was mad because now everybody would be contacting him about the shipping. Go figure. His ebay handle is "Badcopnodonout" if you ever see him back with listings beware. It's so easy for somebody to be a jerk over the internet, but wouldn't have the guts to do it in person. Take care and consider it a lesson.
