Really...Bad...Day.......
Ok I decided to start working on my Z by finishing that hood that Im removing the paint from. It got below freezing last night and I left my pressure washer outside, No biggy it thawed out before I used it, worked fine till I let go of the sprayer trigger... it blew up and shot 1500PSI right into my right eye... No Im not blind thanks the Gods...
Now for the reason its in the 280ZX section, I then gave up on that hood and I started on my 2+2, I lifted it up and I first noticed something very bad
THE LUBE SHOP TRIED TO GREASE THE DAMN BRAKE BLEEDER SCREWS!!!!
After that bit of being blown away I laid under the car and looked around, knowing I needed new front shocks here soon and I checked everything
Every single brushing is split and rotted and every boot on the steering and shocks is totally gone or very badly split....
I'm tired, Im going take my rage and relax while playing Left 4 Dead. I just needed a rant

S30 rack wont work anyways. also, dude bushings are fun to upgrade to urethane, gives you a chance to drop the suspension clean and paint it all and upgrade the springs and shocks its not a big deal at all. as for the boots, that **** happens, its not a problem till the ball joint starts squeeking. and talk about a bad day, my freaking tire on my motorcycle blew while it was sitting in the garage!!!! how does that happen? i just sold my fish tank for 350 bucks and had a 496 dollar bill at work so between that 350 and my last pay check i was gonna survive, but had to replace the bikg tire, now im gonna be shitting my pants for the next month while i get no paycheck but keep working.......

Heh Dry rot? I had my bike do the same thing pretty much
And I pan to but right now I dont have much idk if I can get the entire kit for the front. Im more worried about the struts and the lower ball joints ATM
I still dont get how you can be so stupid as to grease a damn brake bleeder... Im going to go down there and tell them my front brakes failed and see what happens

nooooo not dry rot. not even a year old tires, in a heated garage over winter, it had a puncture hole in the tire. and the bleeders were probably frozen so when they broke em free they greased em before tightening them back up so they wouldnt sieze again. i dont see why that matters.

No no no they hooked a grease gun up to them and forced grease inside them!
I just wanted them to grease up the front suspension cuz its making a popping noise when I turn and Im not moving

couldnt you just wipe the grease off? or they stick a grease gun on it and physically pump grease into the brake system? if they pumped grease into your calipers they owe you new ones and a complete brake fluid flush.

So... do the brakes feel like they now need to be bled after taking it to the shop?

Their soft but still working properly, I noticed a huge glob on grease on the inside of my wheels (DAMN I JUST POLISHED THOSE!) So I might be fine but Im still going down there to scare the **** out of them with it at the LEST
Are the Monroe sensa trac's Ok for a Z car? I need new shocks ASAP and I just want a good replacement at this point
