Road Trip
Phoenix to Salt Lake and back in the 280zx, now why would I do that
I-17 heading up to Flagstaff. Note the forest fire in the distance.
Painted Desert in northern AZ.
Headed up to Page, this road is pretty sweet.
Glen Canyon Dam at the southern end of Lake Powell. Its BIG!
Colorado River flowing downstream of the dam.
Utah has the right idea about speed limits. 55mph national speed limit?

Made it to Salt Lake pretty quickly at that rate.
...and then, time to go back.
I took a slightly different route back, which paid off with some sweet twisties (the twisties are up ahead, I can't really steer and take pictures at the same time, I am only one man).
Northern AZ, exciting
Better
The twin bridges across Glen Canyon.
View of the Colorado looking upstream.

Unfortunately the Z stayed in SLC while I drove a rental HHR up there
Yes I should have, however I only had like 1 free hour in SLC when I got there and then I was off again. Next time

Some pics from Yellowstone
8,300' pass through the mountains. Yeah, that's snow on the peaks!
One of the hundreds of hot springs in the park.
Natural Bridge across a stream.
From the other side.
A cave that spews superheated steam and waves of boiling water
Some bison.
The "Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone"
A huge waterfall on the Yellowstone River.

Lone Star Geyser
Old Faithful
Forgot what this one is called, but its pretty cool looking.
Another hot spring.
Firehole River, guess why
Old Faithful, again.
You guessed it, another hot spring.
This thing is a quiet lake, until it explodes with a 12' tall bubble

Damn, should have installed that 3.54 rear diff before I left. Also, either my radiator is working way too well, or something is up with the temp gauge.
